DMS Studios is excited to announce that its upcoming film, Sevenfiveseven, has officially entered pre-production. This bold new project brings together producers and lead stars Khalif Bryant, Jhé, and Daevion Markell Smith in a groundbreaking collaboration that promises to redefine the indie film landscape.
In the heart of Virginia Beach, Sevenfiveseven unfolds the compelling saga of Jordan, Kaleb, and Michael—three brothers in their twenties who strive to find their own paths while living under the shadow of their powerful and influential parents. Set against the vibrant backdrop of Virginia’s Hampton Roads region, the film delves into themes of identity, community, and resilience, while celebrating the area’s rich culture and untold stories.

Joining the creative team are Ashyna Robinson and Nathan Arnette, whose expertise will elevate the production to new heights. Robinson will co-produce alongside the core team, while Arnette, as Director of Photography, will bring his signature cinematographic style to the film’s compelling visual narrative.
The film has already generated significant buzz for its ambitious storytelling, diverse cast, and innovative production approach. Khalif Bryant, also serving as the film’s music supervisor, expressed his enthusiasm: “This project is a labor of love. We’re diving deep into a story that feels authentic and relevant, and I’m excited to create a soundscape that complements its narrative beautifully.”
Jhé, who will play Jordan, one of the central characters, highlighted the collaborative spirit of the production: “This is more than a film; it’s a celebration of creativity and community. We’re crafting something that will resonate far beyond the screen.”
